Jodi Marie Watkins is a Speaker, Performance & Leadership Systems Strategist, and the creator of Becoming the CEO of Your Life™.

She helps individuals, leaders, and organizations move from survival mode into structured, sustainable transformation through faith-led, trauma-informed strategies.

Her work is not about doing more.

It is about healing, aligning, and building a life that actually works.

You Are Not Starting Over. You Are Rebuilding With Intention.

Meet Jodi

Jodi’s journey did not begin with a business. It began with survival. With an absent dad, a mom that was plagued by substance abuse, and a domestic violence household, Jodi learned early on to adapt and overcome. She learned to keep her head down and work hard. Yet, the weight of everything around her kept her stuck in vicious cycles that would continue to keep her from her true calling in life - helping others.

After more than 40 years of navigating trauma, identity challenges, and internal battles that many never see, she reached a turning point. The patterns, the pressure, and the weight of unresolved pain could no longer be ignored. She took the first step. She sought help.

Through her own healing journey, she discovered something that changed everything:

You don’t heal by pushing harder. You don’t heal by trying to be liked by everyone. You don’t heal by suppressing emotions. You don’t heal by hiding it all. You don’t heal by losing yourself.
You heal by addressing what’s beneath the surface - by looking at yourself and working from within.

That realization led her to rebuild her life from the inside out.

Not just physically.
Not just mentally.
But spiritually.

In 2024, Jodi fully surrendered her life to God, allowing Him to lead her into a new way of living, healing, and serving.

That surrender became the foundation for everything she now teaches.

Jodi was able to turn her mentality from “I’m broken and helpless to I’m growing and healing.” Through more challenges that arose, she has been able to continue healing, continue trusting God, and continue to win the battle in her mind. Now she helps others do the same..

This Work Is Personal

A Foundation of Leadership and Service

Jodi is a 100% Permanent and Disabled United States Air Force Veteran, having served 15 years as an Integrated Avionics Technician on C-130 Hercules aircraft.

She held multiple leadership roles and served as an instructor at RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom, where she trained and developed others in high-responsibility environments.

Her time in service helped shape her discipline, resilience, and leadership. However, when it ended, the tough transition exposed the internal battles that many high-performing individuals carry silently - that she had been carrying her whole life.

The contrast between external strength and internal struggle is what now fuels her work.
